This program is not about restrictive diets or grueling workouts. It's about making small changes that will add up to big results. We focus on being thankful, self-appreciation, being still, eating healthy, skipping alcohol, reading 15 mins a day, working on a new skill, expression a passion, and recording the progress.
The Hard 75 program is perfect for those who want to get serious about their fitness. This 75-day program focuses on working out for 45 minutes, 2 times a day for 5 days, taking one rest day, and one active recovery day. The program also requires following a healthy diet of your choosing and staying strictly disciplined - no slip-ups or alcohol allowed.
